Covid-19 Safeguarding Procedures

We have faced a huge challenge over the last few months, both as a profession and as a nation, as we deal with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Following Government’s advice, we have re-opened our practice on the 8th of June. For your safety and ours, we have adopted a new standard operating procedure including enhanced PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), social distancing measures and cross-infection control. We allow for more time in between appointments and we are only able to see a reduced number of patients each day, however we are balancing that with additional operating hours. As always, our primary aim is a safe environment for both you and our staff, please be reassured that Burgate Dental Practice & Implant Centre is following a strict protocol for your safety and ours. With this in mind, please see below the new measures in place before and at your visit to our practice.

  • Our reception team will explain over the phone everything you need to know for your visit.

  • You will be able to update your contact details and medical history online prior to your visit. You will receive a link via text/ email, if you experience any difficulties our reception team will be able to help over the phone.

  • We will ask a few questions to assess your Covid-19 status.

  • If you will not be arriving by car or have assistance needs, please discuss with reception and we will help you to manage this.
